~ race pack: Jurong Lake Run 2013 ~

i’m finally picking up race pack again :) although i’m still unsure if i’m going to run it next week.
you see, a few days, ago, my right knee was acting up again during my run. i was only running around 2k-ish, when the pain started… it was a similar pain as it was a few months ago. and the started to gave way. i’m going to see the physiotherapist again on Monday, so let’s see what she would say.
meanwhile, the plan for Jurong Lake Run 2013 is: briskwalking for 5k, then 2k of running, 1k of walking, and run again for 2k. hopefully, i can finish it in around 1.5 hour…
