yay, Hatched is opened in Holland Village! we finally have a good all-day breakfast type of joint around here. the first time we went there was last Monday and it turned out that they’re closed every Monday.

aina was a bit disappointed because she was so pumped up about eating eggs (even though she had eaten 4 eggs the previous day, egg-aficionado, indeed). but that’s okay. we ordered the full meal for her.

the chorizo egg was a bit too spicy for her. so, we switched eggs and aina got the truffle eggs instead.

mine got a truffle eggs and a piece of foei gras on top of it

and she looooooved that truffle eggs (who doesn’t?) and almost finished the whole meal by herself. she even said that this is the best restaurant in Holland Village.
