HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

so the Trick or Treat night was a blast. all the preparation was done from a few weeks earlier, including the eyepatches, the skull candy-wrappers, the giant eyeballs and aina’s pink robot suit. shinta also made eyeball cake-pops to go along with the theme :)

the decoration this time is two giant eyeballs, since the theme is Eyeballs & Body Parts. and this time, aina can join most of the construction, like drawing the eyeballs, painting her pink robot costume, and putting on the spider web around the gate.

we successfully scared the first trick-or-treaters… poor kid, he didn’t like those dangling eyes, i guess. and it wasn’t even dark, yet.

as the day grew darker, more monsters come in, most are excited about getting extra eyeballs. from banshees, zombies, ninjas, pirates, superheroes and cheerleaders to a bunch of fairies.

  

we also went around the neighborhood and met a few more monsters. but we had to take group pictures before setting off. so here we are :)

in our group, we got a vampire, a wolverine, superman, pink robot, a sims character, a butterfly fairy… and a dummy.

  
  

aina’s costume (the pink robot) seems to be attracting a lot of attention that night. people came over to take photos together, the little fairies and superheroes want to be friends with pink robots, even the big scary monster want to check out the robot’s antennae…

cool costumes means more candies… especially when you have a pink drawer embedded to your costume. i guess it was a plus point… aina ended up with quite a lot of candies and big huge smile on her face :)
