super cool, eh? so, starting November 2010, i’m a proud owner of Ing’s canvas artwork… woohooo!

you see, many months back, i was looking at a picture of pregnant alma. in the background, there was a very cool black and white painting. ever since i moved to this house, i’ve been wanting to have a black & white painting on the wall. at the beginning, i was thinking of a black and white mural… but this is a rented house, and it would suck to leave a cool mural if we had to move to a different place. so, i thought i’d settle for a canvas painting.

upon seeing alma’s picture, i asked ing if i could buy his artwork for my home. after some (rather brief) negotiation, we agreed to exchange artwork. i’m not confident enough with my painting work — lack of practice, i guess — so i’m planning to stick with digital work…

speaking of planning, mine IS STILL A PLAN. yes, ing has done his side of the bargain. he brought his owl over during their family vacation to singapore last month… and i was in awe with his work…

i had to scrap the draft and start over with a new concept. the old one is just not up to par with his darn owl… *ciut*

sorry, ing… i’ll get it done ASAP. hopefully, i can make something that’s worth your owl.
