~ fallen trees ~
this afternoon, a big tree fell into our backyard. it started out with a sudden heavy rain accompanied by an insane wind. it really so was sudden and very violent. in only 3 minutes of rain, one big tree fell down, dragging a few smaller trees with it. i would call it storm, but no storm lasted only 3 minutes, right?
there was a fence under all those greens…
it turns out that the tree came from 4 houses away. the root was ripped from the ground, thanks to the violent wind. the trunk of the tree was stretched out between 3 backyards, with the leaves part on our backyard.
and since the big tree knocked some branches from other trees, the guys had to climb up other trees to clean up loose branches that’s hanging and about to fall.
this guy climbed up the trees while carrying a revving chainsaw on one hand. super dude!
after it knocked the tree down, the crazy wind stopped. the sun came out and the rain kept going for another 5 minutes or so. yes, there was rainbow, but i didn’t take the picture.

wow, ngeri juga ya…rumah yg dibawah gimana? memang pohon2-nya dah pada tua ya…
iya, disini rada kayak di melbourne. kalo mo motong pohon gede, mesti minta ijin pemerintah. makanya di tempat kayak gini, orang mending tunggu pohonnya roboh… serem jadinya.

no, it’s the tall tree on the neighbor’s backyard, 4 houses away. but yeah, thank god it didn’t harm anyone.
