expiration date 

i remember being mesmerized and loving every single minute of Disney on Ice when i was little. so, this time, when i heard that the Mouse and the crew will stop by Singapore, we immediately bought the tickets to watch them.

there were so many kids outside of the Singapore Indoor Stadium, wearing their best outfits and some wearing disney costumes (mickeys, minnies, the incredibles and snow whites). aina dressed up as herself, simply because she doesn’t have any Disney related costumes. she got a new Disney fairy wand for herself, though…

noushka, ditha and my mom were in town to visit, so they tagged along to see the show.

we had a pretty good seat. they’re not right next to the rink, but close enough to see the action. in general, i think aina enjoyed the show. i was kinda worried that she would be too scared to enjoy it, because she normally hates loud sounds. but it turned out that Mickey’s and Minnie’s voices are okay in any volume…

as for us, the adults, the show was rather bland… i was hoping a lot more people skating and doing formations, but the stage always seemed rather empty. i wish there were more sing-along songs instead of just instrumental music playing. and the Buzz Lightyear dude kept falling on every single jump he did! what’s up with that?
