yay for the resurrected fish pond!

the bowl above used to serve as a fish pond a while back. it had a few guppies, who keeps breeding and filled the pond many little fish. until we decided to add more plants by stealing a random aquatic plant from our neighbor… it grew so well that it covered the whole bowl, killed our old floaty plant and all the fish along the way… oops.

yes, thou shalt not steal. we got that.

anyways, two days ago, we cleaned the bowl, bought a lotus plant from nearby nursery, went to the market and got a bag of small fish. so far so good. although half of the fish we bought died, the survivors seem to be happy. today, we added a suckling fish, to keep the bowl clean.

i hope they last… the fish and the lotus plant, that is.
