~ sick baby ~
so, after the good fun trick-or-treat day, aina fell sick immediately the day after. the next morning was fine… in fact, she was having fun playing with the leftover balloons and got too excited (see below). that’s probably one of the reasons why she got ill, too.
she started to get a slight fever right after she woke up from her afternoon nap. she looked fine, drawing, dancing and eating well. but as soon as the bed time arrived, her fever went up close to 40 degrees C, and she couldn’t fall asleep. she basically cried all night.
today it got worse. the paracetamol can only hold up the fever up to 6 hours. so she’s been drugged every quarter of the day. now she has refused to eat and drink milk. she gulped her water well, though… so that’s good.
the poor little girl is too tired to do anything, but can’t sleep well either. she’s exhausted most of the time… completely opposite to the time when she was having too much fun playing with balloons:
we took down the balloons from the halloween decorations and kept them on koda’s corner… aina just couldn’t get enough of them. koda was a little annoyed that her spot was hijacked by balloons and a baby.
Maybe because of too much sweet and shouting, does she has sore throat? better go and see the doctor.
well, it looks like the fever was due to two of her molars erupting. she’s feeling much better now — no more fever, although it’s a bit hard for her to eat.
