~ 7-week photo ~
we went to the doctor again today, on my 7th week. i was hoping to see something clearer on the scan, but i still can’t make out what’s in the photo…
basically, the doctor told us that the things on the right side of the black blob is the little one with its yolk sac. the top part is the yolk sac, while the bottom part is the baby… if you still don’t get what i was saying, i mark it down on my flickr page.
the little nut is now around 1cm tall. during the scan, we could see him/her fluttering. the doctor said that the flutter is the heart beat… how exciting! it’s only 1cm tall, and the heart has already beating! amazing….
the check up went well. the baby seems to be healthy. i am healthy, although i need to slow down on gaining weight… hehehe. fat thalia :P
we’ll be back for another photo session 5 weeks from now….

looks so magical~ hehe
thanks :) it feels quite magical, too!
this would be great for Prenatal photo album ya? :)
that’s the plan! :)
wah gerakannya jangan terlalu semangat nih hehehe jadi inget pas istri hamil. semua pada ekstra khawatir :p
gerakan apanya nih yang jangan terlalu semangat, pak? :)
wah ga pake mual2 ya Thal.. gaining weightnya lancar. waktu Naila dulu (ama adeknya yang ga berkembang itu) juga gue mual tapi masih lancar makan, ga pernah muntah. makanya hasilnya gue jadi seGEDE gini.. hehehe…
mual2 sih ada, yan… cuman scattered, bukan morning sickness gitu. biasanya sih, suka eneg liat makanan, atau abis makan jadi mual. untungnya jaraaaaaang banget muntah (baru 2 kali selama hamil). biar gitu juga, kata dokter gue, gaining weightnya “kelancaran”… mesti dipelanin, hihihi.
hoo… kayak black hole… :D uda mikirin namanya mba?
btw, knapa mba kasi judul jambumede picturenya?
abis kayak kacang mede… hehe. kita lagi mikirin nama sih. cuman ampe sekarang yang ketemu nama cewek mulu. nyari nama cowok susah ya?
First ultrasounds always look confusing to me. I can figure them out and all but it still all just looks like globs of internal stuff. But by 12 weeks, maybe even by 10, were you to get an ultrasound you might be able to see what looks much more like a baby. heh although one with a slightly larger head for awhile.
I like that my first wasn’t until 18 weeks. She was as baby as she could be. It’s pretty damn astonishing. You take it for granted until you see them.
BUT Congratulations!
i can’t wait to see an ultrasound photo that i can actually make something out of it… so far, they look waaay too foreign to me. i guess i’m just impatient, he he.
