~ the new contacts ~

remember the new contacts i bought a few days ago? it’s called Acuvue Define, and it supposed to make your eyeballs look bigger.

the before picture is on the top, and the bottom one is me wearing the contacts. i guess they don’t look that much different in the picture. ari said so, too… but in the mirror, they look more, well, defined.

this picture reminds me on why i never used Acuvue anymore. i used to buy their colored contacts, but for some reasons, the lenses don’t fit well and they keep sliding around the eye… you probably can see that the contacts in the picture sorta drooped down and off-centered… with those colored contacts moved left and right, i often looked like i have lazy eyes… so i stopped using that particular brand. too bad, though. they have nice colors.

My lenses used to do that. Then I went to a good optician and he got the correct measurements for me.

i think acuvue just don’t have a good fit on me, because many opticians have tried it and nothing fit. the other brands work fine, though

well, i can see the difference and i love it! you look more…like some sort of character from japanese comic book. the last time i tried wearing contacts, i cried for an hour. i’d love to wear color contact though..

does that mean you see things 30% bigger than you normally do?
