~ Rudy and Koda ~

09 January 2006

Rudy came by our house today. it was his first time meeting Koda. the last time he came over was over 5 months ago. we had lunch at Cha Cha Cha, a Mexican restaurant in Holland Village, and later we showed him the whole 2 GB of Japan photos…

Koda was unbelievably behaved. she used to jumped on guests continuously. but today, she does that for the first 5 minutes, and after that she just occasionally came by Rudy and sniffed him. maybe my baby has grown up (sort of).

that night, ari and i kept going with writing down the Japan trip and sorting and uploading the photos… gosh, we’re only half-way there… anyways, the photos for the 5th and 6th days are up. the entry for day 5 is also up. the 6th day entry is written by ari, and divided into two entries: the Osaka Aquarium trip and the dinner at Chanko.

hmm, five more days to go…

i love reading travelogs.. especially the ones with heavy dosage of food stories, like yours! true enough, writing it requires a lot of efforts. that’s why, when we went to europe last year, we took the laptop and almost every night we wrote about the trip which later uploaded to our website. Also, the PDA/phone became handy. I jotted down the keywords of the things that i wanted to write later on, it really helps remembering a lot of tiny details ;> btw your trip was really fabulous. did you try onsen bath?

we bought our laptop, too, although we only used it for storing the photos. i use my moleskine to write down the stuff we’ve done each day… they’re in a form of bullet points, though, hehe.

yep, we did try the bath, although it wasn’t a public bath. the story of that will come in a next few days :)
