~ mizuka & sayaka ~

two more members of the farm. Mizuka and Sayaka are the latest one… and probably the hardest ones for me to make. it turns out that i suck at sewing by hand. the stitches are uneven, the shapes are crooked… aside from that, these two little ones are currently my favorites!
the first one i made was Sayaka.
and her current kimono was her 3rd one! she was naked for almost 3 days…
this is Mizuka.
when i started making Mizuka, i was going to make a boy. but it didn’t look quite like a boy. so, its gender is still undecided. ari keeps referring it as a boy (and give it boy’s name)… but i already gave her a girl kimono. ah, i dunno…
but, still, it feels like a huge accomplishment to make them. i hadn’t touched needle and thread forever!

Itu apa sih ? knitting/ crocheting ? Bedanya apa sih antara dua itu ? I took knitting class two years ago and still haven’t finished my simple scarf (the first project) .. It’s a bit boring hehe
yang ini crochet. the easiest way to tell the difference between the two is: crochet needlenya 1, knitting needlenya 2. :)
