~ Koda’s new home ~
koda got her new crate (or cage… but that sounds too mean!). it’s about time! this morning, she woke us up with a surprise. she played with her poo, and it’s scattered all over her room.
you see, she got her own room in this house. we gave her the room that faces the front part of the house. she does good — she only eliminates on one corner, which is located on the corner near the balcony door. but today, even though most of the poo is still on that corner, the rest is scattered around the room, even underneath and on her bedding. eww.
she ended up having a morning shower…
we’ve been wanting to give her a crate for her to sleep and act as her home. the plan is, the crate would be her sleeping quarter, storage for her toys and a place to confine her when she is being naughty (he he…). this way, we can take back her room, which currently totally empty because she would chew everything in that room when she’s alone, and use it for something else… maybe a hobby room?
anyways, koda seems to like her new home. when ari put it up and we put her pillow and toys in it, she immediately went in and stayed there for a while. she would go out when called, but went back in to chew on her toys. this is a good beginning! we were worried that she won’t find her crate comfortable enough to stay in… but it doesn’t seem to be a problem.
we also put a cover on top of the crate to give a “roof”. hopefully that makes her even more comfortable in there.
so, let’s see tonight, since we’re going to let her sleep in it instead of her old room. we hope it will go well…

ugh…sorry to hear about the poop incident. we had to do a lot of cleanup during the first year with our cats. they trailed it outside of the litter box once in a while.
he3x, i forgot that koda is a girl cuz’ she’s so handsome. thal, do you take koda out twice a day? maybe that’ll help with the poop problem.
she goes outside about 5 times a day, and poop three times a day… but sometimes, she decided to poop in the middle of the night, and when that happens, the poop becomes her toy :(
hopefully this crate thing would work… she didn’t do poo or pee last night on the crate. yay!
btw, i sometimes still think she’s a boy too! she looks like a boy dog! :)
aaaaaah..lucunya..uda gede banget!!!!!!baru liat lagi nih si koda..mudah2an setelah dapet rumah,kerjaan pagi hari kamu(bersiin eek’nya koda..) berkurang deh..hahahaha ;p
iya, udah gede Jess… bentuknya udah kayak… anjing kampung, hahaha! dan emang tujuan bli kandang biar ngga usah bersihin pupi pagi2 lagi, hehe.
koda is behaving much better than Noe during sleep time. Noe only wants to sleep in between us, and not in his cot.
well, that’s what Koda wants too! but she sheds so much that we’ll be covered in fur if she was sleeping on our bed :P
