expiration date 

i just updated my about page regarding my living arrangement (the fact that i go back and forth between a few countries). along this line, i found Melbourne Blogs, a blogging community from (where else?) Melbourne. since i live here half of my time, i wonder if i qualify to join the group. or will it mean that i cheat for being a member for both Melbourne Blog and NYCBlogger?
