a plug for a site created by a bunch of friends: TEMBOKBOMBER.COM.

TEMBOKBOMBER (Indonesian for Bomberz’ Wall) is a street art community website and a chill spot for Indonesian street artists, urban-artists, and street art lovers. We feature urban contemporary artwork, particularly street art by Indonesian and international artists.

it’s new, so there is only about 40 posts, but nevertheless awesome stuff. if you browse around, you’ll see many murals, graffiti art, stickers and stuff like that around Jakarta, Bandung and Jogjakarta. hopefully, in time, it will grow into a large and productive community that would showcase and expose street art all over Indonesia.

GO STREET ART! YAY!

Well, thalia, Kudos to street artist too, hehe. I, for one, prefer Mural over giant billboards that sucks & cover the entire city with all that marketing buzzwords (or so I thought :D)
