expiration date 

this past weekend was a long weekend. so, i spent most of my nights staying over at Chilli’s house and had a movie marathon with Noush and Joi. this time, we watched GTO Drama series, a live action series adapted from GTO manga (they have the anime, too). it was around 12 CDs, 12-13 hours long — if you skip the opening and closing songs. i thought the drama series was surprisingly great (actually, i wasn’t so surprised after having all my cousins keep telling me how much better the drama is compare to the comic in the past few years… ).

it’s hard to compare the drama and the manga, because the story is slightly altered and the characters’ roles are very different. Onizuka himself was a much believable, wiser and charming character in the drama — in manga, he’s a funnier and crazier though.

… oops, i have to finish up later. i need to take my dad to the hospital. his blood pressure just went sky high…
