i found this photo in my machine, taken 3 weeks ago at Changi Airport in Singapore.
*staring at the top-right sign* … why can’t we study? is studying a bad thing? do Singaporeans study at airports? why do they need such sign?
by the way, that’s me taking the photo and behind me with the cart is Nia — Ari’s sister.

so people do study there. interesting… about the great sale, i bought tons of clothings (skirts, shirts, pants, bags… all that. i just didn’t find shoes) and a digital camera. good deal! i binge-shopped so much that two days before i left, i felt a bit sick of shopping, and ended up hanging out in parks and watch movie instead.

Back when I was in Singapore, I remembered seeing those youngsters studying in each possible corner of Changi airport, everytime I went there. I kept thinking why these ‘students’ would travel all the way to the airport to study?? I realized how quiet it could be inside the airport that people might want to stay there and study. I’m sure the government does not apply this new rule just because it disapproved of people who study per se. Airport can get very congested due to this traffic caused, unfortunately, by these ‘students. Back to you, Thal. What did you find at the Great Sale?
