~ Road To Perdition part 2 ~
ari and i watched Road to Perdition tonite. we were almost late arriving at the theater and i was quite worried that we won’t get seat. well, turned out there was only 12 people in the theater as we arrived and two of them were ari’s neighbor. yeah, it’s been a few weeks since the movie starts playing. i guess, everyone in Forest Hills but us have seen it.
anyways, i think Road to Perdition is one of the best movie i’ve seen in a long time. it is much better than the comic. they changed the storyline in some parts, they added depth into certain characters and change some of characters personality (they even introduced a new character — mr. Jude Law). the movie emphasized a different point of the story (the whole relationship between fathers and sons, which is the main point of the movie, didn’t appear anywhere in the comic)… all these alterations made Road to Perdition, the Movie, a better and more interesting story.
