expiration date 

i’m now 27 years old.

my first meal after 26 years living is rice with fish roe and kimchi, which i ate around 1 in the morning. the kimchi was too hot, so now the tummy is slightly upset.

anyone care to buy me presents? ;)

later that day: i started the day with being depressed and unhappy (do these symptoms come on every birthday after 25? i hope not…). but then i was happy and jolly seeing yoda kicked ass. those cheesy love story lines on Episode II also cracked me up.

yeah, i went to see Star Wars on my birthday. and, no, it wasn’t a waste of money. we stood on the line for one and a half hours before they let us in the theater. it wasn’t as crowded as the previous days, but the line still extended all the way to the end of the block. i liked the movie, although i wish the love story were much shorter.

after that, we went to Soho tried to get a nice dinner. sadly, 4 out of 5 restaurants we wanted to go have closed down. ari and i haven’t been walking around Soho looking for fancy-ish restaurants, so we haven’t paid that much attention to those around. i guess, the economy situation has gone that bad, huh? :(

we ended up going to Felix. eating, drinking and talking. nice day. by the end of the day, i wish everyday is my birthday.
