expiration date 

i got my nostril pierced today. i’ve been thinking about having it for a while, and the strong urge came a week ago. i think it has something to do with me being bored at home.

so, i went to St. Marks today, and looked for a piercing place. i wanted to have a stud, not a ring. a tiny stud, cause i don’t have much nose. my nose is very small. if i wear a big diamond one, that would cover my whole nose.
so, i picked this one with very small ball, almost the same size as the wire. but the guy there told me that small ball is not good if you just get pierced, cause it might slides underneath the surface and trapped inside the skin. eww. the thought made me shiver.

i went with a slightly bigger ball. after a small pinch on my nice, viola! i got myself a ball sticking on the left side of my nose. i looked in the mirror… wow, that ball seemed so BIG! i really want to change to the smaller one, but i have to wait for 2-4 months for the wound to heal… aww, shucks.

oh well, if i don’t like it, i can always take it out….

after the piercing, i went to buy some CD’s. BIS is really good, huh? i also bought Run Lola, Run soundtrack. then, i went to see Girl, Interrupted… by myself. the movie was pretty good. there were not many guys in that movie…. all girls, running around doing some *crazy* stuff. two cute gals, Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie. they played well too. it’s a drama movie, a kind of movie that i haven’t seen in a while. so, for me, it went a bit slow. maybe i’ve seen too many fast paced movies lately.
