~ Set of the Week ~
guess what! one of my sets is being featured on Set of the Week site! the set is called Pearl Garden. i know, it’s such a cheesy name, but i never really think twice in naming the sets, anyway.
for those of you who do not know what i’m talking about, i maintain the avocado graphics site, a site where you can download linkware graphics. i used to be very active in adding new graphics, until i start my job at bolt.com.
this afternoon, i got an email from Cathy telling me that i’m up this week. woohoo! you can imagine how excited i was at work… hehe. me happy.
that email trully cheered me up. especially, since i’ve been feeling unproductive lately. today, i felt like i’ve been working very slow. i’m rushing to get things done. i’ve been working on the design of one of the features for a week. that’s waaay too long. and the UI for that intranet took me forever to finish. and i finally got the style guide done. 3 days for style guide? i should learn to do it in one day.
now i feel the pressure of making more stuff for avocado graphics. hmm, where do i find the time? maybe that should be my New Year resolution? i think i have to start earlier than that…
no matter what, recognition is trully a good motivator. thanks, Cathy…
