~ remake of movies ~

29 May 2001

two movies remake that i wanna see: Planet of the Apes and Metropolis. rah rah.

later that night: for those of you in NYC, did you see that drastic change of weather? in 5 minutes, the sunny blue sky became grey with pouring rain. the rain was pouring so hard that people got soaking wet in a minute. then, 5 minutes later, the rain stopped and the sun was out again. wasn’t it strange?

Oh wow,I saw the preview for Planet of the Apes and I have to say that I am so excited! Those monkies look sooo cute! I want to take one home with me! I never saw the original though. Maybe I should….I’ll have to go to the nearest library.*LOL* There aren’t a lot of libraries in New York,I wonder if Barns and Noble will have it. Hmmmmm…

Anyway,another movie that I am drooling over is Mulan Rouge! I have to see that! I hear Nicole Kidman is phenominal in it.

Oops,I forgot to tell you my reasoning for going to a book store instead of a regular movie store like Blockbuster. The original “Planet of the Apes” is an old movie. Well,”kind of” old anyway,and my history with libraries is that they have nice,old movies,unlike Blockbuster which sells the newest releases. I have looked for a few old movies at Blockbuster,and they haven’t had it. Maybe they didn’t have it at the time,but when I go to libraries,they always have the old movies that I am looking for…O_O wierd,huh? I don’t think Barns and Noble will have any movies….it is a bookstore,not a library~_~;;

Heehee…oh well,that is my reasoning. Yes,I think it is interesting too.

All the libraries I have gone to are in New Jersey. For once,I would like to go to a library near by. One that is excessible.

Thalia,do you ever have trouble finding libraries in New York? I just can’t seem to find any~_~

have you tried Brooklyn Public Library? well, i’ve never been to any library in NYC… so, i’m more clueless than you are…

The rain thing only happened in NYC? Jesus, no. Savannah (Ga, where you were) had the same annoying thing. Unfortunately, it was my first driving excursion in rain and it scared the hell out of me to see rain one minute and then the sun the next. Damn.

Oh Thalia,I saw that! It was amazing! It happened so fast. I was walking home and the next thing I know,I am walking toward dark grey clouds. You should have seen me! I was running to my apartement!*lol* I hate being caught in thunder showers~_~;;
