expiration date 

i spent most of my second day off with Stan and Cia. we had HUGE lunch at this Thai restaurant down in Chinatown. it’s now 8:30 PM and i’m still stuffed.

i guess, we ate that much cause we were starving to begin with. i was supposed to meet up with them at Lafayette and Canal at 1:30pm. i got there late since the train was slow… (it kept saying ‘we appologize for the unavoidable delay’). by the time i got there, i realized that i left my cellphone at home. i kept crossing the street for 15 minutes looking for them in that busy intersection. i tried to use the payphone, but turned out that all of the phones in that intersection are all fucked up — it doesn’t know that i’ve put the money in. i lost a buck trying on 4 payphones.

a bit frustrated and hungry, i decided to snack on a hotdog. chinatown hotdogs aren’t that good.

i finally met them, and we binged on roasted chicken, squid and beef curry… mmm. after that we just sat around in the park… among old chinese women playing cards.

i also bought a tDR book and one little Gundam book on Zakka while waiting for ari to get off work. thanks you two for keeping me company while waiting for ari….

do you notice that i’m such talk a lot more when i’m not working?
