After seeing Rinjani rolling around with her inline skate on social media in the past few days, we were reminded that Aina has never tried rollerblading, ever… So, on a whim, we decided to spend our Sunday afternoon in East Coast Park for the 2-hour rented inline skates.
Aina, as usual, was quite excited. But I guess, she didn’t know inline-skating is not as easy as it looks…. XD

After about 15-20 minutes of trying it out (like trying to stand up, haha) in front of the rental store, we decided to brave it and went straight to the road. The ECP cycling road, that is. It wasn’t a bad idea, because then she picked it up rather quickly.
She fell down a few times along the way, but got up quicker each time. At one of the falls, she came down in a perfect split position, making me and everyone around her gasp. She muttered, “Ouch, my hands hurt…”, while everyone else cringed while holding their own crotch.

By the end of the 2-hour rental time, she was totally addicted to rollerblading… “I think I like this better than cycling! Can we do this everyday?”
