We had to wake up really early today, because we needed to catch the 7:20 train to New Chitose Airport from Sapporo Train station. So, we did all the packing last night, this morning we only had to dress up and eat our onigiri so that we won’t be starving on the train.
After we checked in, we were planning to go to the Doraemon Cafe that we went to at the beginning of the journey, but we were too early. Everything in Smile Alley were still closed. So we ended up having breakfast in an organic sandwich place and walked around aimlessly in the airport. I managed to buy Hickies (a lace replacement system for shoes) for my sneakers, and Aina got some more Re-ment stuff for her collection.

And right before boarding, I mailed the pocket WIFI that has been with us since Day 1. The return envelope came with the pocket WIFI when they sent it to us, so we just needed to put it inside the envelope, sealed it and dropped it into any mailbox across Japan. And there is always a mailbox in the airport… This whole thing with our WIFI was sooooo easy and super convenient. We will definitely use this again whenever we’re traveling to Japan.

And after that, off we went… Bye Japan, see you in the next trip!
