finally, after waiting for 4 months, i bought my new running shoes. when i finished the SCMS 10k run, i wanted to reward myself with a new pair of running shoes. but since then, i couldn’t decide which shoes to buy. it was harder than looking for heels to go to a party.
my old Nike served me well. they’re pretty beat up and dirty from all the mud during the race, and the bottom part of the sole is getting flat.
so, i’m getting these, Brooks PureConnect in turquoise/white…
they’re lightweight, breathable (mesh top), and quite minimal without scaring me. i’ve been interested in natural strides type of running, thus the choice of minimal cushioning. i haven’t tried them except for a slow running and walking session around the neighborhood with aina and koda this afternoon.
i sure hope i get along with them as well as with the old Nike 🙂

etapi ari sekarang udah mulai running nih. gue juga cemas sih takut malah berat badannya turun. tapi gapapa deh… mestinya kan olahraga bikin sehat ya?
Papa juga lg cari sneaker, minggu lalu cari di Ex ga ketemu, hari ini mau ke Cp cari lg. Bisa jd inspirasi nih.
