about a month and a half ago, i was sick for a few days. diarrhaea and stuff… after about two days of being sick, i lost around 3 kilos (around 7lbs), which i thought mostly consist of fluid. but after i recovered for over a few weeks, i didn’t gained any of my lost pounds. for a moment, i was scared of that quick weight loss. but later on, it actually made me feel good. the clothes fit better, i look more proportional (according my standard), and i ended up not wanting to gain anymore weight.
today, i wanted to check whether my current weight is not in a danger zone. according to Better Ideal Weight Body Calculations, my Body Mass Index (BMI) is 19.7. it’s still within the recommended range (yay!), which is between 19 to 25, although it’s on the low side of the scale.
anyways, all this weight post is related to what i needed to do today: getting measured for my wedding gown. i gotta stay healthy and maintain this figure till then.
