this is the first layout of expiration date. the reason i created this online journal is to have a constantly updated content on avocadolite.com. the section was designed so that the layout is easily changable. that way, i could experiment a lot with the graphics within a very limited technical constraint.

well, that was the original concept. but i ended up creating the first layout so quickly, that i sorta threw away that "experimental" side of it. the reason for this was because at that time, the avocadolite.com main site haven't had any updates for a while. in order to keep the pace going, i rushed the design for this section.

this layout was done within a hour, while i was waiting for ari to finish his werk in the office. i kept thinking i would refine the design after it's uploaded, but never got around to do it. after a while, i saw this layout as temporary layout... then again, it stayed up for 4 months.

toward the end, i got really tired of seeing this so-called temporary layout.

but that's ok... cause i finally made a new layout... yay me!
