Aina’s Miniature Food

Since it’s school holidays, Aina had a lot more free time than her usual schooldays. So she’s been doing more craft than usual. This morning, I showed her a few pictures on miniature food on instagram. Aina had always been interested in anything miniature, so upon seeing those pictures, she immediately took out her clay stuff and busied herself all morning and afternoon trying to make little food. Ari and I decided to stay away and let her work by herself.

This was what she had by the afternoon:

• A plate of burger and fries,
• A plate of banana split ice cream, i think,
• And an unfinished strawberry cake.

She was very happy with the way the cake and the strawberries turned out, but she had to go to her ballet class this afternoon, so the clay crafting had to take a short break. That night, she continued making little blueberries and finished the plate of cake. Ari helped bake the three plates that night, and…

She got three plates of food. I thought they looked so cute 🙂
