Yesterday was the fun day… I went to James, our hairdresser, for my cutting and coloring appointment, not knowing what I was going to get. He said it was a surprise.
So, when I arrived, he explained to me that it’s going to take a while. He said, first he would cut my hair very short, then he would do a blue-black dyeing job.
I thought, “Oh that blue-black. I’ve done it many times myself”.
But he seemed to be able to read my mind, so he immediately explained that it would involved re-bleaching some parts, dyeing black the rest, and then do the blue. It wasn’t the normal blue-black that I knew. He said it would be both blue and black on the head.

So, in short, I basically went through this:
The middle was when I wanted to pee. So, I had to walked across the mall in the middle of Orchard, from one end to another where the bathroom was located, looking like that electric hedgehog.
But I guess it was worth it… The whole process almost took 5 hours, but I really liked the way it looked. And James looked happy, too. One of my favorite dye job, I think. I used to hate blue, because it faded into weird ugly green color. But I think, if I could keep reapply the dye every 3-4 weeks, I should be able to maintain the blue for a while.
The next day (today), the hair looked even better. I’m soooo in love 🙂
