this year is the first year we celebrate christmas at home with just the three of us. the other years are usually celebrated outside of singapore. there are two other times when we spent our christmas in Singapore, but both times with ari’s parents visiting, and his mom made the dinner.
so this year is my first attempt to cook a christmas dinner. i made a small roasted chicken with potatoes, enough for the three of us. ari serves the salad.
ari and aina loooves the chicken. in about half an hour, all the plates are clean with no trace of chicken, potatoes nor the salad… for me, that’s what matters 🙂
she also put together a dish of grass and leaves for the reindeers, so that the santa would stop by and leave her presents. this is after the reindeer ate all the leaves and exchanged it with a big, big present…
